Our service format consists of chanting (7 min), sitting meditation (25 min), walking meditation (10 min), dharma talk (30 min), Q & A session (15 min).
The topic of each dharma talk differs according to the speaker; however, they will mostly focus on meditation, spirituality, personal reflections, and Buddhism . Through the dharma talk and group sharing, you will learn how to maintain the meditative state of mind in your daily activities and how to apply Buddha dharma in your daily life. After the service, all are welcome to have tea, meet and chat with other members.
Morning meditation practice consists of sitting meditation (35 min), chanting (10 min), and reading scripture (5 min) .
